Does Bright Future Behavioral Health offer online counseling sessions?

Yes, we do! At Bright Future Behavioral Health, we want our clients to be comfortable and have options. We offer in-person counseling sessions, as well as telehealth sessions.

Our HIPAA-compliant telehealth option is easy to use. A link is sent through our secure system. You have the option of receiving the telehealth link via email or text.

How do I fill out the required patient forms?

You will be emailed a link to our Patient Portal. You can log in, create an account, and access the required patient forms online.

How do I contact my provider?

We want to ensure our clients have multiple options for contacting their providers. You can call us by phone at (850) 792-7795. You can also text us through our secure text messaging system with this same number!

You can also send a direct message to your provider through our patient portal.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can call, text, or email our office, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us within 24 hours of your appointment.

There is a $50.00 no-show fee that you are responsible for if you are a no-show for your appointment.

What types of insurance do you take?

We currently accept Aetna for all ages. For our adult clients we accept Humana, Florida Blue, and United Healthcare.

What other types of payment do you accept?

Don’t have insurance? That’s ok. We offer several different options to help make counseling affordable to everyone.

We do take private pay, as well as we offer a sliding-fee scale based on your annual household income.

How long are your sessions?
Counseling sessions typically last between 50-60 minutes each session.
Is there any support between sessions?

Absolutely! You can reach out to our office or your provider via phone, text, or email at any time or through our secure client portal.
